Most of the fabric manufacturers in this market are wholesalers- meaning they don’t sell their products directly to the end user, but instead sell to retailers at trade shows such as the International Quilt Market. The quilting industry designs and sells fabric, notions, patterns and accessories primarily to home quilters.
